When we started Prarik Foundation, we didn’t just want to run an NGO. We wanted to ignite a revolution — a revolution that shatters taboos, amplifies silenced voices, and brings dignity, equality, and opportunity to every corner of society.
Born from a place where young girls are taught to hide their pain, where periods are whispered about in hushed tones, and where vulnerability is often seen as weakness, Prarik stands for something bigger. Prarik means "to shape," and that’s exactly what we are here to do — shape a world where every person, regardless of gender, caste, or background, has the chance to live with dignity.
We’re not just distributing pads. We're redefining what it means to care, to empower, and to be human. From our First Period Party that celebrates womanhood with pride to our community empowerment programs, we are actively working to turn shame into power, silence into voice, and stigma into strength.
But we cannot do this alone. We need you.
This isn’t charity — it’s solidarity. This is not about helping "the poor" — it’s about rewriting the systems that perpetuate exclusion, poverty, and silence.
Your support will help us continue this fight. Together, we are stronger. Together, we are reshaping the world.
Let’s stand together, hand-in-hand, and create a future where every person, every child, every dream is supported and valued.
